1. Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened nicotine pouches.
2. How to Request a Return

We will provide instructions and the return address.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, email us at pouchesnicotine7@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
